Service Overview

Samvexa provides AI-powered WhatsApp automation infrastructure, APIs, and SaaS tools. We act as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) facilitating communication via the Meta Graph API.

Compliance with WhatsApp Policies

As a condition of using our service, you must strictly comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You are solely responsible for obtaining verifiable opt-in consent from your customers before initiating any messaging.

Use of Service

• Prohibited Use: You shall not use Samvexa for spamming, fraudulent activities, or the distribution of prohibited content as defined by Meta and local laws.
• Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API credentials.
• Compliance: You agree to provide accurate business information for Meta Business Manager verification.

Data Privacy

We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Our role is that of a "Data Processor" for the messaging data you send through our infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Samvexa Tech Solutions is not liable for service disruptions, account bans, or number restrictions imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc. due to user violations of messaging policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
